Thanks to Dave for nominating Archie's girlfriends Veronica and Betty. Good call. These two trixies are way better than any Disney character. Almost every picture I found is filled with veiled references to teen sex, threesomes, porn, masturbation, and lesbianism. And they were targeting minors with this shit. Maybe the 50's was better than I thought.
